I'm not jumping. Do I have to wear socks?
Yes! We are a socks-only environment. Socks are required for all of our guests, regardless of whether you jump or not.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes. You may also purchase balloons from KangaZoom. Balloons are $12 for 12 or $20 for 24. Please, no confetti, silly string, streamers or piñatas!
Can I bring my own paper goods?
KangaZoom provides all paper products free of charge - however they are generic. If you prefer a theme or other design, you may bring your own. Please drop your paper products off at the front desk upon arrival so that we can ensure your party room is set for the festivities.
Does everyone have to sign a waiver?
Yes! However, you may sign entire families on one waiver as long as they are related.
What happens if I forget socks?
Don't worry - we've got spares. KangaZoom is happy to provide any guest with a pair of socks for $2.50.
How far in advance should I book the party?
Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To get the exact date and time you want, we advise you call at least three months in advance to reserve your party. If you are inside this timeline, please call us to check for cancellations.
How Do I book a Party?
Please call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require that you pay 50 percent of the base party price at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard or cash. No checks please.
Can I bring my own food, drinks to KangaZoom?
If you are coming to play, you may bring outside food and drink, but it must be consumed in our cafe.
For parties, while we try to include every added convenience supplying pizza, Smuckers® Crustable PB&J's, drinks etc, we understand some parties may require specific dietary alternatives which we are willing to accommodate. You will need to bring in your own birthday cake (cookies, cupcakes, etc). Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. You may order St. Angelo's pizza, PB&J sandwiches, and drinks for your entire party through KangaZoom. Orders must be placed three days in advance. Concessions are also available for purchase.
Will there be a KangaZoom staff member in the play area to help supervise the kids and in the party room to help serve?
Yes, each party will have a dedicated event coordinator who will supervise safe play of the kids in the play zone. Additionally, they will help you get settled in your private party room. When the party is over, we clean up the room for you.
Who serves the food during the party?
Each party will have an event coordinator to assist with party orchestration, serving the cake, drinks and pizza. Please remember to pack candles and matches with your cake!
What time should I arrive for the party?
Everyone, including the party family, should arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. We need to collect waivers and review our safety rules with everyone before the party starts. Please try not to arrive more then 10 minutes before your actual party time - other parties may still be in session.
Ordering Pizza?
No problem - we just need a final count of pizzas three days before your party.
Is there a deposit required for Parties?
Yes - we require 50 percent of the base party price with a valid credit card in the host's name. Final headcount is required three days prior to the event. Along with your final balance.
What if more kids come to the party?
If additional children arrive on the party day, there will be a $10 per-child fee charged to the credit card on file. If the total amount of children you reserved do not come, there are no adjustments.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50 percent deposit is required in order to reserve a party. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your party date. If cancelled within 30 days of your event date - the deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable/no credit).
What should the kids wear?
Socks are required! Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other then at the waist) are not allowed, as they may scratch the inflatables. Hint: Nylon-type pants are extra fast on the slides.
Can Adults play on the inflatables?
Yes! Adults can play too and are encouraged to help their children follow the safety rules. Parents must wear socks and need to remove belts, watches, or other sharp objects.
What is your age range?
KangaZoom is designed for children ages three months to 12-years-old. Although the recommended age for the inflatables is two years and up. No children of any age are allowed to enter the facility unless accompanied by an adult. No adults can enter unless accompanied with children.
